PortfolioAll the support that we provide is tailor-made. We decide on the concrete use of our workshops and tools in consultation with the client. We offer both short interventions and projects that are longer in duration, and we work in settings ranging from relatively small teams to organisation-wide. The following are a number of assignments that we have recently carried out.
Ronssehof Geriatric Rehabilitation
This specialised centre started working with a form of dual management which was new to them, with the aim of expanding to become a regional expertise centre. We provided guidance in bringing together the visions, perceptions and ambitions of the approximately 100 employees, from dietary assistants to specialists in geriatric care.
Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Health
This faculty wished to offer combined multidisciplinary education. We designed and supervised a project in which teachers from the courses in nursing, physiotherapy, movement therapy and occupational therapy combined their creativity in order to come to a shared vision on the subject of interprofessional education.
Pediatric rehabilitation centre
We offered support to this specialised day care centre in realising the ambition of offering treatment in a more interdisciplinary way. We initiated discussions about the nature of the roles of doctors, professionals involved in the treatments offered (speech therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and musical therapy), psychologists, social workers and therapeutic group leaders.
Our clients are hospitals, institutions for short-term and long-term care, primary care providers, education and further training institutes, and municipalities. In recent years we have worked (among others) for:
For the selection of so-called transfer students for the master's degree in Medicine of the University of Amsterdam, we have been providing the Professionalism element since 2013. Based on the Moralmap exercise 'Drive', we designed a structured exercise in order to effectively assess the extent of self-reflection of candidates in mini-interviews.
On behalf of the VUmc Academy in Amsterdam we provided the compulsory course "Counselling for prenatal screening" to licensed practitioners (gynaecologists, obstetricians and ultrasound operators) for a number of years. This course was designed around a counselling model for complex decision-making which we developed.
The municipality of Venlo gave form and structure to the so-called "Kanteling in de Zorg" (fundamental changes to health care) by engaging quartermasters from community centres and setting up District Social teams. We helped steer this process by guiding and coaching the quartermasters.
We provided this home care organisation with team coaching, including coaching the regional directors and branch managers at various locations throughout the Netherlands, with the aim of achieving open communication within the teams.
